The OMP series includes our entire range of macro drilling machines, designed for industrial applications that require robustness, precision, and operational flexibility.
They are available with our latest generation electronics and intuitive, user-friendly software, designed to ensure easy use even for less experienced operators.
MODEL
OMP/2
Our OMP model is part of the family of macro drills capable of handling diameters up to 30 mm.
The drilling bodies are mounted on one side, with a minimum distance of 30 mm between holes.
In version “2,” you can mount the bodies offset, reducing the minimum distance to 15 mm, or mount them in line between the two sides, increasing the speed from 45 Hz to 90 Hz.
Integration is simple and flexible: we offer various mounting options for production lines. If you send us the layout of your line, we can prepare customised mountings, allowing for ready-to-use installation in just a few hours.

OMPA2
Our OMPA2 model is the top-of-the-range unit for managing drills with diameters from 1 mm to 30 mm.
It is available exclusively in the “2” version, a design choice that has allowed us to standardize and reduce production and sales costs compared to the more basic models. This configuration features thicker beams, which allow the maximum span to be increased to 2500 mm and a greater number of drill bodies to be managed on a single bridge, without compromising structural rigidity and performance at high speeds.
The opening system allows the lower beam to be lowered, facilitating maintenance operations and diameter changes, while ensuring greater precision and ease of intervention.

HOMPA2
The HOMPA2 model is part of the range designed primarily for agricultural applications and can handle drill bits with diameters up to 150 mm. This model is equipped with the thickest beams in the entire series, allowing it to reach operating spans that, in some configurations, can exceed 4000 mm.
It is equipped with an opening system and allows for the mounting of drills on both sides, ensuring maximum operational flexibility.
ATTENTION:
Drills with diameters from 50 mm to 150 mm use different guides than those used for drills from 1 mm to 30 mm.
As standard, this version has different guides on both sides. If identical guides are required on both sides, this must be specified when requesting a quote.

IOS
The IOS model includes all our side units, designed to accommodate up to 3 perforators. The hole can be made at a maximum distance of 300 mm from the edge of the film.
These units are designed and manufactured for simple perforations, positioned on the edge of the film, and are often combined with shaped holes, such as handle holes or Euro slots.
