Applications of Micro-Perforation
Micro-perforation is a fundamental technology in numerous industrial sectors thanks to its ability to control breathability, moisture release, and product preservation. Our units allow for extremely precise micro-holes through needle cylinders, ensuring maximum quality and repeatability.
Food packaging
In the food sector, micro-perforation is particularly used to allow moisture to escape from inside the package, improving the preservation and appearance of the product.
They are particularly used for bags of baked goods and packaged products that require a slight air exchange and to avoid moisture and condensation.
Medical and pharmaceutical sector
Micro-perforation is widely used in numerous medical products where controlled breathability is essential.

Applications of Macro-Perforation
